REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to cancel
In the case of all items purchased through our website, you need to let us know you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving it (known as the cooling-off period) and you are not obliged to provide a reason for cancellation. Once you’ve informed us and received a response back, you will have an additional 14 days in which for us to receive the item back at your cost (with the exception of loss or damage – see Damaged Goods section).
With reference to our KD and KPR range, as these items require you to select components to create your finished product, any sales of this range are to be considered as bespoke and custom-made for you. Therefore, the aforementioned cooling-off period does not apply to either the KD or KPR range and these items are not eligible for a return and subsequent refund.
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number.

Any package that has not been received by KINGSLEY PLASTICS LIMITED and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Kingsley Plastics Ltd will only accept ANY returned products, if suitably packed within its original undamaged packaging or alternative suitable packaging. If a refund is due, this will ONLY be paid once the items are satisfactorily returned to our stores in perfect condition for resale and therefore, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all products, irrespective of size or location is returned to Kingsley Plastics Ltd in perfect condition and at their own cost. Only once the unit has been returned in perfect condition shall any refunds be offered, if appropriate. In all cases of qualifying returns, initial delivery costs shall be deducted from any monies due.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
Once an order has been shipped and there is a proof of delivery confirmation, KINGSLEY PLASTICS LIMITED is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 14 days if the order is not received. If it is found that there is no proof of delivery, we will begin an investigation with the couriers to locate your order. If it is found that the courier has lost your order, we will file a claim with the courier. Only when this claim has been approved will we, at our discretion, send a replacement out to you at no extra cost.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfil your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.
Should you receive goods that are damaged in any way you must advise the delivery courier/persons of the damage upon delivery. Failure to sign the POD as damaged will result in no claims being accepted for faulty or damaged goods, and no replacements can be offered. In the event of damaged goods being delivered, please ensure that the delivery note/P.O.D is clearly signed as ‘delivered damaged or faulty’ with the delivery person/team/adviser notified at the time of delivery. For reference, photos should also be taken with notification being sent to Kingsley Plastics Ltd within 24 hours. Should no damage be recorded at the time of the delivery Kingsley Plastics Ltd or any of its partners accepts no liability for any future costs or damages.
All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.
