With figures due to be published later in the year, Kingsley Plastics Group Chairman is delighted to confirm the company’s notice of results for the year end of September 2014. Kevin goes on to explain:
‘Over the past couple of years we have had to let go of one or two smaller and less profitable contracts in favour of our ever increasing portfolio of products.
What we have been able to achieve in such a short time is nothing short of amazing and a testament to all the staff at Kingsley both on the shop-floor and office alike.
4 years ago we started our journey into the UK’s LPCB Security Rated market place and have, within that time firmly established ourselves as the UK’s most competitive & overall market leader for Security Rated GRP Housings to levels of SR2, SR3 and the World’s First ever GRP approval to SR4.
With the security and some utility markets taking a breather we have in the past 18 months further strengthened our reputation and customer base within markets by where there are no other GRP companies currently operating.
This in turn has reaped many rewards for both ourselves and our customers alike, and have been the main reason behind our double-digit growth this year in both the group’s turnover & its pre-tax profits’.
With further projects, frameworks and new lines of business shortly to commence, the future for Kingsley and 2015’s figures appear extremely favourable.
