Kingsley have been chosen by Scottish Water Plc to design, manufacture & install of a wide range of LPCB Security Rated GRP Housings & Enclosures.
Supplying over 2.46 million households & in excess of 150,000 business’ with clean drinking water every single day, Scottish Water also have some of the remotest plant sites in the UK. To this end Kingsley, complete with their company owned fleet of hi-ab equipped articulated lorries will delivery LPCB security rated GRP housings to Scottish Waters mainland sites, as well as all Islands as well.
Kingsley have been offered the framework contract after a stiff round of competition based upon, items including delivered prices, quality control & environmental considerations.
Kevin Down, Kingsley Group Chairman outlined their commitment to not only the environmental challenges of delivering to all of Scottish Waters depots, but also that of quality & price by confirming ‘As a company we have been investing in not only streamlining our environmental footprint but to also, at the same time increase efficiencies & reduce overall costs of our products by implementing Industry 4.0 & staff training’.
With a contract length of up to 8 years Kingsley are expecting to have supplied hundreds of units to Scottish Waters potable & sewerage networks.
