Power Wash Systems

All units comprise of  a purpose built GRP non-mechanical cistern tank fully incorporating the latest design pf type 'A' air gap with an automatic overflow weir and pump sectioned, all conveniently housed within its own custom designed GRP housing.

At present, there are 3 main power wash system models, with many other combinations of tank/pump size available upon request.

GRP Kiosk Construction

The roof itself is designed & built to withstand an imposed load in excess of 700lbs per sq foot with 100% deflection & recovery. The cistern is insulated to a 'U' value of 0.19w/m/2/c or better. The tank, when full with water, has been tested and certified to -24Deg C for a minim um period of 30 hours without suffering any effects of freezing, whilst the water contents remained at a constant 11 Deg C throughout the entire test. 

Factory Fitted Pumps & Electrics

The pump section is housed within its very own secure cabinet and is supplied with its own, fully tested & certified pump booster set complete with a minimum 8ltr diaphragm tank.

The electrical control box houses all relays and starters required for the safe and simple operation using the switches & indicator lights on the front panel, all encompassed to the latest electrical wiring directives, and full compliance to the latest Health and Safety regulations. For increased loads/operations units can also be supplied with duty/stand-by operations as an alternative.

Tank Capacity

The standard amongst the range is the 60 gallon Insulated Break Tank allowing up to 16 minutes of continued usage/water jetting, even with the inlet valve closed. The pumps themselves are also fully protected from 'over-running' by the inclusion of low water/low pressure over ride switches. For use with pipes to 3/4" diameter.

Kingsley can also supply GRP Insulated Stand-pipes, st/st pipework & installation packages for all of our GRP products. Deliveries can be by one of our fleet owned 40' articulated lorries, all of which come equipped with their own hi-ab crane, or singular items by overnight delivery specialists.
