MANAGING DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
Kingsley Plastics Limited shall implement its Health, Safety and Environmental Management Policy, ensuring that exacting standards are achieved throughout all operations and activities as laid down in the following Policy:
- That personnel health, safety and protection of the environment are of prime importance to the Company which seeks to conduct its operations in such a way as to avoid harm to all personnel, contractors and the environment, all others who may be affected directly or indirectly by our activities, and to maintain the highest practicably achievable standards of safety, occupational health and environmental protection and sustainability.
- That the health, safety and environmental affairs Manager has equal status with all other primary business objectives and that safe working practice and due consideration of environmental factors & all staff contribute directly to the overall efficiency and success of this Company.
- That the implementation of our policy is a management & complete staff responsibility and consequently forms an integral part of the duties of all managers supervisors & staff.
- That effective performance is vital to us in achieving our Health, Safety and Environmental objectives. These objectives are continuously updated but the Company shall ensure that all personnel associated with the development and operation of our activities has the skills, training and support to meet this commitment. In addition, this Company promotes and welcomes the active participation of all of its employees, to take an active role and observe the measures to improve their health and safety at work and to protect the air, water & environment for all to enjoy.
- Contractors working for and on behalf of this Company shall work to and apply all standards that are fully consistent with the Health, Safety and Environmental standards as may be defined within any such Policy, thereby achieving comparable levels of performance as with Kingsley.
- The Company Health, Safety and Environmental Department function is charged not only with advising and supporting all personnel, but also with monitoring the performance of each operation in conjunction with its Management so as to ensure that the standards maintained within the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System are being achieved on a daily basis.
Kingsley Plastics ltd, Kingsley Cabins Ltd & Kingsley Clivus ltd plus all other associated companies aligned during the normal design, manufacture & installation of GRP Kiosks, Odour Control GRP Covers, Metal Kiosks, Packaged Wash Water Systems, Conventional Log Built Cabins, Clivus Systems and all other aspects of the companies shall comply, as fully as possible, with all of the above and in doing so, including teaching all others to do so, treat the environment as an asset to us all and not to be abused.
